Standard Template License

This Standard Template License applies to templates provided by Glessie T. Brown (“Templates”).

By purchasing or accessing the Templates, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the Templates for your own personal or business use. You do not own the original Templates, and no copyright is transferred to you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

  • You CAN edit, customize, and rebrand the Templates for your own personal or business use.

  • You CAN add your personal name, business name, logo, brand colors, fonts, images, copy, and other brand elements.

  • You CAN use the Templates to create finished materials for your own business.

  • You CAN use the finished materials as part of your own content, marketing, offers, services, programs, memberships, client work, or business operations.

  • You CAN use the Templates across multiple businesses that you personally own.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO:

  • You CANNOT sell, give away, share, transfer, or distribute the Templates in their original or editable format.

  • You CANNOT provide editable Template links, files, copies, or source materials to anyone else.

  • You CANNOT package the Templates as part of another template product, template bundle, template collection, membership, course, program, resource library, shop, or similar offer.

  • You CANNOT claim or imply that you are the original creator of the Templates.

  • You CANNOT share access to the Templates through team, collaboration, sharing, duplicate-link, account-sharing, or similar features.

  • You CANNOT give or sell your license to anyone else.

  • You CANNOT give or sell Commercial Use / Done-For-You (DFY), Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resell Rights, resale rights, or sublicensing rights to anyone else.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

This Standard Template License is incorporated into and subject to the full Terms of Purchase. Misuse, unauthorized sharing, license violations, and enforcement are addressed in the Terms of Purchase.

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Templates, you agree to comply with both this License and the Terms of Purchase.
