PLR Template License Terms

Certain templates provided by Glessie T. Brown come with Private Label Rights (PLR). PLR is a license that allows you to rebrand and resell Templates within your business, provided you substantially modify and rebrand them. Templates may not be sold or distributed in their original or editable state.

PLR LICENSE ALLOWS YOU TO

• Edit, customize, rebrand, and rename the Templates to fit your brand and niche.

• Use the Templates to create finished end products such as planners, journals, PDFs, ebooks, workbooks, graphics, workflows, or marketing materials.

• Sell unlimited finished end products created from substantially modified Templates.

• Include modified Templates as part of your courses, memberships, or programs (customers may only receive finished products, not editable Templates).

• Create freebies, lead magnets, workshops, or coaching experiences that incorporate the Templates.

• Translate the Templates into other languages and resell them.

• Use the Templates across multiple businesses that you personally own.

• Use the Templates in compliance with the original platform’s Content Licensing Terms (e.g., Canva, Notion, Thrivecart).

PLR LICENSE DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Templates in their original or editable format.

• Provide editable Template links or files to clients, customers, or the public.

• Sell the Templates with only minor edits. Substantial modification (minimum 50%) is required before resale.

• Transfer PLR, Master Resell Rights (MRR), or sublicensing rights to your customers. Customers may only receive finished end products.

• Create a competing template business using these Templates.

• Claim or imply that you are the original creator of the Templates.

• Use the Templates in a way that violates the Content Licensing Terms of the platform in which they were created.

MODIFICATION REQUIREMENT

• Less than 50% modification → Personal/Business Use Only: You may use the Templates internally in your business (e.g., for planning, organization, or marketing), but you may not resell or redistribute them.

• 50% or more modification → Commercial Use License: You must substantially edit and rebrand the Templates (e.g., rename, redesign layouts, rewrite or expand content, swap or rebrand images, adjust structure). Once modified, you may sell unlimited finished end products. Copyright applies only to your modified versions.

MISUSE & ENFORCEMENT
Misuse of any Template includes, but is not limited to:

• Unauthorized sharing, distributing, or publishing of Templates in any format.

• Reselling or redistributing Templates without an appropriate license.

• Uploading Templates to file-sharing websites or free platforms.

• Claiming ownership or authorship without substantial modification.

• Using Templates in a way that misrepresents affiliation with or endorsement by Glessie T. Brown.

• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, including chargeback abuse or the use of stolen credit cards.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Immediately revoke access without refund.

• File Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices.

• Report fraudulent activity to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3/FBI), and payment processors.

• Pursue damages and legal remedies in civil court.

DISCLAIMER
All Templates remain the intellectual property of Glessie T. Brown. No copyright is transferred to you. You are granted a license to use the Templates under the terms outlined above.

You may not reference or credit Glessie T. Brown in connection with your resale, redistribution, or marketing of any end products created from the Templates. You are solely responsible for compliance with intellectual property and licensing laws.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
This PLR Template License is incorporated into and subject to the full Terms of Purchase. By purchasing and using Templates, you agree to comply with both this License and the Terms of Purchase.
