PLR Template License Terms

This Commercial Use / Done-For-You / PLR Template License applies only to templates provided by Glessie T. Brown that are expressly sold with Commercial Use, Done-For-You (DFY), or Private Label Rights (PLR) licensing rights (“Templates”).

By purchasing or accessing the Templates, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to customize, rebrand, and sell finished end products created from the Templates. You do not own the original Templates, and no copyright is transferred to you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

  • You CAN edit, customize, and rebrand the Templates for your own business, brand, audience, niche, or offer.

  • You CAN add your personal name, business name, logo, brand colors, fonts, images, copy, and other brand elements.

  • You CAN sell finished end products created from the Templates to your clients or customers with Standard License / personal-use rights only.

  • You CAN give finished end products created from the Templates to your clients or customers with Standard License / personal-use rights only.

  • You CAN use finished end products as part of your own offers, services, programs, memberships, client work, or business operations.

  • You CAN use finished end products as freebies, lead magnets, bonuses, resources, or supporting materials inside your own business.

  • You CAN adapt, translate, or repurpose the Templates into other finished end products.

  • You CAN create and use your own copy, file, link, export, or delivery method when selling or sharing rebranded finished end products created from the Templates.

  • You CAN use the Templates across multiple businesses that you personally own.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO:

• You CANNOT sell, give away, share, transfer, or distribute the Templates in their original, unmodified, or lightly modified format.

• You CANNOT share, sell, or distribute the original Template link, source file, delivery link, access link, purchase files, download page, member area, or any link that points back to the original Templates provided by Glessie T. Brown.

• You CANNOT sell the Templates as-is or with only minor edits.

• You CANNOT give or sell your license to anyone else.

• You CANNOT claim or imply that you are the original creator of the Templates.

• You CANNOT use Glessie T. Brown’s name, business name, branding, or identifying language in connection with your resale, redistribution, or marketing of finished end products.

PROPER REBRANDING:

Proper rebranding requires more than changing colors, fonts, or adding your logo. You must customize the Templates so the finished end product is clearly different from the original and reflects your own brand, offer, audience, and purpose.

Proper rebranding may include rewriting headers, titles, prompts, examples, and key sections; changing layouts, structure, or flow; applying your own brand colors, fonts, logo, footer, and visual style; replacing generic graphics, images, icons, or design elements; and adding your own wording, examples, screenshots, notes, or instructions.

FINISHED END PRODUCTS ONLY:

Your clients or customers may only receive finished end products with Standard License rights.

Your clients or customers may not receive Done-For-You (DFY), Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resell Rights (MRR), resale rights, sublicensing rights, or any right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or pass on the Content or finished end products they receive from you.

You must provide your own copy, file, download, export, or delivery method when selling or sharing rebranded finished end products to your clients or customers.

You may not provide clients or customers with the original files, source materials, delivery links, access links, download page, member area, or any link that points back to the original Content provided by Glessie T. Brown.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

This Commercial Use / Done-For-You / PLR Template License is incorporated into and subject to the full Terms of Purchase. Misuse, unauthorized sharing, license violations, and enforcement are addressed in the Terms of Purchase.

By purchasing, accessing, modifying, or using the Templates, you agree to comply with both this License and the Terms of Purchase.
