DFY Commercial License Terms

Certain Done-For-You (“DFY”) products provided by Glessie T. Brown come with a Commercial Use License. This license allows you to use DFY Products in your business for commercial purposes, including publishing and selling, subject to the restrictions below. DFY Products may not be sold, shared, or redistributed in their original editable form.

AUTHORIZED USES
With your Commercial License, you are authorized to:

  • Use DFY Products for personal or commercial purposes in any business you own.

  • Publish DFY Products (e.g., upload planners, journals, or workbooks to Amazon KDP or other publishing platforms).

  • Sell DFY Products as finished end products (digital or physical).

  • Modify, customize, and adapt DFY Products (e.g., fonts, colors, text, design) for your business needs.

  • Incorporate DFY Products into your business offerings, such as client deliverables, printed materials, or packaged digital downloads.

RESTRICTIONS
This license does not allow you to:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share DFY Products in their original or editable format.

  • Provide editable source files (e.g., Canva, InDesign, Word, or PDF templates) to clients, customers, or third parties.

  • Use DFY Products to create competing templates or “done-for-you” product businesses.

  • Reference or credit Glessie T. Brown in connection with your resale, redistribution, or marketing of DFY Products.

  • Use DFY Products in a way that violates applicable platform licensing terms (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Amazon KDP) or intellectual property laws.

MISUSE & ENFORCEMENT
Misuse of DFY Products includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unauthorized sharing, distributing, or publishing of editable DFY Products.

  • Reselling DFY Products without a valid commercial license.

  • Uploading DFY Products to free file-sharing websites or public platforms.

  • Using DFY Products in a way that misrepresents affiliation with or endorsement by Glessie T. Brown.

  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions, including chargeback abuse or the use of stolen credit cards.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Immediately revoke access without refund.

  • File Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices.

  • Report fraudulent activity to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

  • Notify payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) of fraudulent or abusive activity.

  • Pursue damages and legal remedies in civil court.

DISCLAIMER

  • All DFY Products remain the intellectual property of Glessie T. Brown.

  • No copyright is transferred to you. You are granted a license to use the DFY Products under these Terms.

  • You are solely responsible for how you use DFY Products, including ensuring compliance with platform rules (e.g., Amazon KDP’s content policies) and applicable business laws.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
This DFY Commercial License is incorporated into and subject to the full Terms of Purchase. By purchasing and using DFY Products, you agree to comply with both this License and the Terms of Purchase.
