AI PLR License Terms

Certain AI-generated products provided by Glessie T. Brown are sold with Private Label Rights (PLR). PLR is a license that allows you, the purchaser, to substantially modify, rebrand, and resell finished end products created from the AI Products. AI Products may never be sold, shared, or distributed in their original or unmodified state.

AUTHORIZED USES
You may:

  • Edit, customize, rebrand, and rename AI Products to fit your brand and niche.

  • Use AI Products to create finished end products (planners, journals, PDFs, workbooks, graphics, etc.).

  • Sell unlimited finished end products created from substantially modified (50%+) AI Products.

  • Include modified AI Products as part of courses, memberships, or coaching offers (customers may only receive finished products, not editable AI files).

  • Translate AI Products into other languages and resell them.

  • Use AI Products internally across businesses you personally own.

RESTRICTIONS
You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share AI Products in their original or editable format.

  • Provide editable AI Product files or outputs to clients, customers, or the public.

  • Sell AI Products with only minor edits. Substantial modification (minimum 50%) is required before resale.

  • Transfer PLR, Master Resell Rights (MRR), or sublicensing rights to your customers. Customers may only receive finished products.

  • Create a competing AI image/prompt/template business using these AI Products.

  • Claim or imply that you are the creator of unmodified AI outputs.

  • Use AI Products in a way that violates applicable AI platform licensing terms or intellectual property laws.

MODIFICATION REQUIREMENT

  • Less than 50% modification → Personal/Business Use Only. You may use AI Products internally (branding, marketing, creative projects), but you may not resell or redistribute them.

  • 50% or more modification → Commercial Use License. You must substantially edit and rebrand (rename, redesign, rewrite, alter or combine outputs). Once modified, you may sell unlimited finished end products. Copyright applies only to your human-authored changes.

MISUSE & ENFORCEMENT
Misuse of any AI Product includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unauthorized sharing, distributing, or publishing of AI Products in any format.

  • Reselling or redistributing AI Products without an appropriate license.

  • Uploading AI Products to file-sharing websites or free platforms.

  • Claiming ownership or authorship without substantial modification.

  • Using AI Products in a way that misrepresents affiliation with or endorsement by Glessie T. Brown.

  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions, including chargeback abuse or the use of stolen credit cards.

The Company may:

  • Immediately revoke access without refund.

  • Issue takedown requests to marketplaces/platforms for violations.

  • File DMCA takedowns for human-authored modifications, compilations, and branding associated with end products.

  • Pursue enforcement of these Terms by contract law, including damages and injunctive relief.

  • Report fraudulent activity (such as chargeback abuse or stolen payments) to processors, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3/FBI) where appropriate.

DISCLAIMER

  • All AI Products are provided “as is.” They may contain imperfections or similarities to other works.

  • No copyright in raw AI outputs is transferred to you. Copyright may attach only to your substantial human modifications.

  • You may not reference or credit Glessie T. Brown in connection with your resale, redistribution, or marketing of any end products created from AI Products.

  • You are solely responsible for compliance with laws and platform rules when using AI Products.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
This AI PLR License is incorporated into and subject to the full Terms of Purchase. By purchasing and using AI Products, you agree to comply with both this License and the Terms of Purchase.
